Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with any of our goods, Odeiga House Ltd. operates a straightforward returns and refunds policy.

Statutory Cancellation Right

You have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days beginning with the day you receive the item.  In these cases, we will arrange for the collection of the item at no cost to you and refund buyers in full. This right, however, is limited to where an item has not been opened or consumed.

Voluntary Cancellation Right

We allow the cancellation of order on a voluntary basis for any reason if the cancellation request is made after 14 days of receipt of goods but no more than the 30th day of receipt of the item. Buyers will be however responsible for the cost of return in these cases. As we mainly sell food products we will expect most of the items to be still in the jars or sachets. We will not refund or replace empty or near empty jars or sachets

Faulty or damaged items

Buyers should please contact us within 30 days of receipt of their items to notify us of any problems they may have with our items.

All damaged or faulty items will be collected at no cost to the buyer and we will either replace or refund buyers in full depending on the option they choose. As we mainly sell food products we will expect most of the items to be still in the jars or sachets. We will not refund or replace empty or near empty jars or sachets

Unsatisfactory quality

Buyers should please contact us within 30 days of receipt of their items to notify us of any problems they may have with our items.

In cases where an item is judged as unsatisfactory, we are happy to arrange collection at no cost to buyers and refund in full. As we mainly sell food products we will expect most of the items to be still in the jars or sachets. We will not refund or replace empty or near empty jars or sachets
