A new series of the African cookery programme - 'Palmwine and Plantains' is now being planned. The programme is written and presented by Stella Osammor, Lecturer/Author of the books 'Triumph of the Water Lily' and 'Silhouettes of a Treasured Heritage'. The programme talks about antropological aspects and funtionality of Africas' cuisines and showcases how to use the Naija range of cooking sauces and marinades.
