A new series of the African cookery programme - 'Palmwine and Plantains' is now being planned. The first series was shown over a six months period on satallite channel 194 - BEN TV . The programme was written and presented by Stella Osammor, Lecturer/Author of the books 'Triumph of the Water Lily' and 'Silhouettes of a Treasured Heritage'. The programme was sponsored by Odeiga House Limited and it explored antropological aspects and funtionality of Africas' cuisines and showcased how to use the Naija range of cooking sauces and marinades to easily produce delicious African dishes.
